Ceramic slab (6–8 mm) + insulation
Stone-look ceramic thin slabs as the facing layer — consistent colour and texture between batches, available fluted (flamed-look) or polished.
Natural stone facing (8–10 mm) + insulation
Real granite and limestone, cut thin as the facing layer only — not the total panel thickness — and laminated onto the insulation core. Authentic stone character with far less weight than thick dry-mounted slabs (indicative; project-specific data on request).

Stone-look paint systems on fibre-cement facing: matte, polished or textured effects in 29 standard colours — the economical route to a stone-character façade. Custom colours on request.

What facing materials are available on HUATONG insulated panels?
Three series: 6–8 mm ceramic thin slabs (fluted or polished stone-look), 8–10 mm natural stone facings (granite and limestone/sandstone palettes), and coated fibre-cement boards with 29 standard stone-look coating colours. Thickness figures refer to the facing layer, not the total panel.
Which insulation core is best — rock wool, phenolic foam or EPS?
Rock wool is chosen where non-combustible insulation is required, phenolic foam where a thin build-up with low thermal conductivity is needed, and EPS (or modified EPS) for economical standard requirements. Core thickness is set by the project's thermal calculation.
What panel sizes and thicknesses can HUATONG supply?
Total panel thickness typically ranges from 30–80 mm depending on the core. Panel width and length are adapted to the façade segmentation of the building and confirmed on shop drawings.
Do the panels come with test reports for my market?
Test documentation is reviewed per destination market and application. Share the country, building use and height — we check which existing reports apply, what is missing, and what needs additional assessment before production and shipment.
